Waiver

If any of these Terms and Conditions are found to be illegal, void, invalid or unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and Conditions and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remainder of these Terms and Conditions which shall remain in full force and effect. The liability/warranty of EPL, third party provider and their agent shall be limited to the extend permitted by the law of the state and/or country.

Indemnification

The User agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless EPL, its employees, affiliates and suppliers from any claim or demand, including any made by a third party, arising out of the User’s use of the Service/Site and expenses e.g. solicitor’s fees or any interference with the Intellectual Property Rights.

Law Applicable

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with The law of England & Wales to which all parties irrevocably submit. Any action, the User, any third party or EPL bring to enforce these Terms and Conditions or in connection with, any matters related to this site shall be brought exclusively in the courts of United Kingdom
